Why do I coach?

Landing a school acceptance, internship, or full-time role is an absolute rollercoaster. When I was first applying to colleges, I didn't have an an immediate, go-to mentor since my parents hadn't navigated the university application space within the U.S. During my time at UW-Madison, I was lucky enough to find peers and alumni to help me navigate recruitment for internships and full-time, improve my case interview skills, succeed in interviews, and transition out of consulting and into product management.
