I'm direct, fast-moving, and outcome-focused. I'm here to help you get where you want to go, which usually requires telling you what's actually working in your current approach and what isn't. My process across the 3-week engagement looks like this: Session 1 (90 min) — Diagnostic and Strategy. We go deep on where you are: your current materials, your job search history, your visa timeline, your real goals (not just what you wrote on your application). By the end of this session, you'll have clarity on what's been holding you back and a concrete strategy for the next 30 days. Between sessions: I rewrite your resume and LinkedIn while you build your target company list. We use Slack to stay in sync — you'll get my eyes on materials, my reactions to job postings you're considering, and quick tactical guidance as situations come up. Session 2 (90 min) — Execution and Outreach. We work through your target list, refine your cold outreach approach, and pressure-test your application strategy. You leave this session with a specific 2-week execution plan and the materials to run it. Session 3 (90 min) — Interview Prep and Closing. We do mock interviews, work through the "visa question" specifically, and prepare you for the offer negotiation and visa timing conversations that will come up. By the end, you have everything you need to run the search yourself. What sets this apart: I've actually navigated this path. I'm not a career coach reading from a generic playbook — I went F-1 → OPT → STEM extension → EB-2 NIW while shipping product at Apple, NVIDIA, and Tesla. I know which interview questions are landmines for international candidates, which companies' sponsorship promises don't survive contact with reality, and which visa decisions you make in year one quietly limit year five. I work with a small number of clients at a time so the work stays high-touch. I'll be honest about what's working and what isn't. And I'll be in your corner — because the U.S. job market is harder for international students than it should be, and the playbook that works for domestic candidates won't get you where you need to go.
Terms & Expectations: Timeline: 3-week engagement with three 90-minute deep dive sessions. Please give 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Slack access: Direct Slack access during the engagement window. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Slack is for tactical questions and quick reactions — not full coaching sessions outside scheduled time. Preparation: Come prepared to each session — homework completed, materials reviewed, questions ready. The engagement's value scales with the work you put in between sessions. Network introductions: Made where there's genuine fit. Not guaranteed in every engagement. Refunds: Available within 7 days of payment, before our first session. After session 1, the engagement is non-refundable. If you're unsure, start with a single Strategy Session ($599) first. Confidentiality: Everything you share stays between us. Years later, I'd shipped on the iPhone 15 launch at Apple, worked on AI GPU infrastructure at NVIDIA, built statistical models for Tesla's drive units that drove $100M+ in cost savings, and the U.S. government awarded me an EB-2 National Interest Waiver green card for my work in AI and entrepreneurship. I earned two master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and I'm now finishing my MPA at Harvard Kennedy School, concentrating in AI & Technology.
