You send me your full essay set for a school. I sit down, read things through, and record a short video summarizing what's landing, what's not, where the structure does or doesn't work, and what I'd reframe. You also get the marked-up Word doc with tracked changes and in-line comments (the written companion to the video). Each school essay set (e.g., a review of the 3 HBS essays) gets one focused hour of my time — the read, the Loom, and the doc markup all fit within that. You can rewatch the video as many times as you need. This is my async-only package — built for applicants who'd benefit from having a detailed recorded walkthrough of me talking through what's working and where to improve your essays. Process-wise: you send me your essays, I sit down with them, review, then shoot you an essay with a link to the recording to complement my suggested edits and written comments. You and I will align on timeline, and you'll get the Loom link plus a marked-up Word doc in 72 hours. I'm not a red-pen reader. Expect specific, craft-aware feedback — what's landing, where the structure does or doesn't work, where the reader can't see what you're trying to say, and what I'd reframe. The video is usually as valuable as the doc because you can hear the reasoning as I work through it.
