Description
The resume that got you your job is the wrong document for business school. Recruiters read for fit against a role. Admissions committees read for trajectory — how fast you've grown, how much you've owned, whether you've led people who didn't report to you, and whether your numbers mean anything outside your company. Most applicant resumes fail on the same things. Bullets describe responsibilities instead of outcomes. Scale is invisible — no budget, no headcount, no revenue, no comparison. Promotions are buried in date ranges. Industry shorthand nobody outside the firm can parse. I rewrite every bullet around scope, decision, and result, and reformat the page to the one-page MBA standard so your progression reads at a glance. You get the marked-up file with a note on why each change was made, plus a Loom walking through the rewrite and the judgment calls I'd want you to make before you submit. Turnaround is 72 hours.

This package is asynchronous — there's no live session. You send your current resume, your target schools, and a short note on anything the document doesn't capture: a promotion in progress, a team you led informally, a number you can't publish. Within 72 hours you get the rebuilt resume, a marked-up version showing every change and the reasoning behind it, and a Loom walkthrough. Tiers are review time, not video length — more time means more passes over the document, not a longer recording. One round of follow-up questions is included at every tier.
