i'm now coaching people on how to better maximize whatever AI-based tool they use -- helping you ask the right questions and get answers that matter: a few use cases on agentic design: • building an AI agent or designing Claude projects with the right context, using best practices to elevate your process and final output. • deep research: designing intelligent prompts, asking the right questions to get to the bottom of anything, whether it's a passion project or corporate forensics / due diligence -- then following up to make sure no stone goes unturned -- there are infinite permutations of what this might entail. i've helped 3 different businesses with this now, and about 15 real humans. it's been fun, in large part because it feels like building a dynamic skillset that's immediately testable and learn-from-able. it's also something, if you're actively investing yourself, that you ought to get good at yesterday. • life planning: whether you're charting out the next 3-5 years of your career, planning a wedding, or figuring out which direction to take your business, these thoughts cause head-fog. i help people figure out how to maximize these tools, so they're living better and working more productively. • single use cases: need to figure out how to navigate your state's health marketplace? building a personal budget? getting a vacation itinerary together? bring an idea, and we'll go. i'll also help you dig into sources, understand the limitations of what these tools can and can't do, and help you spot pitfalls in an AI tool's output so you know when and how to challenge your GPT of choice -- and integrate your own critical thinking to make sure it's as thorough and accurate as something you might research independently.

I have worked for a year and 8 months for Invisible Platforms - a startup that developed an innovative hierarchical agentic AI engine - that was later acquired by Perplexity. At Metis, a YC-backed company, I was the Chief of Staff where I benchmarked AI agent tools, designed end-to-end data pipelines for AI simulations, and led the onboarding of remote evaluators to support agent training workflows. At Uber AI and NVIDIA, I worked on human data pipelines and trained deep learning models that powered automated decision systems in production. I have worked as a product manager and solutions engineer at 2 YC-backed AI companies, where I led the design and implementation of bespoke automation systems for companies in diverse industries. I got to see firsthand what happens when you take an intelligent workflow and drop it into a company's operations: teams reorganize around higher-value work, costs drop, and leaders get time back to focus on growth instead of putting out fires. I have also started my own AI Automation company, Optimal AI. I work with companies to map out their standard operating procedures, understand the true cost of their most important business outcomes, and identify which of those outcomes can be reached materially improved with AI and automation. I also help teams and individuals actually use AI well — not just install tools, but build what I call a "context operating system": structured AI workspaces with the right connectors, skills, and business context wired in so that every employee has an AI partner that genuinely understands their role and their company.
