This is our most flexible coaching option which can be customized to meet your specific needs and objectives! In our initial call we will explore your career goals and objectives and develop a coaching plan tailored to your needs. Topics that may be covered include the gamut from career planning, resume and Linkedin profile review and optimization, job search and networking strategies, interview preparation, and functional skill building strategies to help you build your professional competencies and enhance job performance. We can also focus on developing "soft skills" such as how to work more effectively on teams, establish healthy interpersonal relations with colleagues, managers and cross-functional partners, active listening, clear communication, empathy and dependability. Book coaching sessions individually by the hour or purchase a multi-session package for ongoing support!
