In our initial call we will explore your career goals and objectives and develop a coaching plan tailored to your needs. Topics covered may include career planning, resume and Linkedin profile review and optimization, job search and networking strategies, interview preparation, and functional skill building strategies to help you build your professional competencies and enhance job performance. Receive professional mentoring to tackle current work projects and assignments, navigate roadblocks and obstacles you may be encountering, and obtain actionable advice to help you achieve your career goals with confidence. We will also focus on developing "soft skills" such as how to work more effectively on teams, establish healthy interpersonal relations with colleagues, managers and cross-functional partners, active listening, clear communication, empathy and dependability.
