Having worked 15 years in finance - private wealth, institutional clients, portfolio management - in progressive roles, I watched from the inside how people navigate transitions, and how careers actually move in finance. I coach professionals through career transitions, new leadership roles, and the decisions in between, in a safe and confidential space with practical tools to find a way forward. I hold an MBA, and I am currently working on a PhD in Executive Leadership, researching coaching and leadership within the context of ethical leadership.

Why do I coach?
Over the years I have seen how difficult career transitions and starting new roles can be, how people can get stuck, how to deal with conflict within and across relationships. I enjoy helping people get clarity on where they are and what they want, and work with them on closing the gap, exploring their options, and finding their next step or direction.
