This package is for candidates who want fuller cycle support through their recruiting process. Ten sessions cover the arc from positioning through final round and offer, with deeper networking and application work than the Sprint allows. Financial services is my primary focus. I also place clients into corporate management, consulting, and mission-driven organizations. Some of the coaching activities included in this package are: • Positioning and target firm strategy with an expanded firm list • Resume rebuild and LinkedIn alignment with iterative revisions • Cover letter frameworks tailored to your target roles • Behavioral and fit interview preparation across multiple rounds • Networking outreach coaching including cold email templates and LinkedIn scripts • Coffee chat preparation and post-conversation debriefing • Second-round interview readiness and Superday preparation • Offer negotiation and compensation strategy • Guidance on using AI tools intelligently for research, tailoring, and interview practice By the end of this package, you will have executed a full recruiting cycle with a coach in your corner from strategy through offer acceptance.

My work is built on a simple premise. Ambition is rarely the gap. Knowing how the hiring process actually works is. Every session is one on one, live, and built around your timeline, your target firms, and the parts of your recruiting that need the most work. I coach the specifics students rarely get taught: what a recruiter reads in six seconds, what a firm is actually screening for in a behavioral round, what to say in a networking conversation, and how to talk about money without flinching. You get real human feedback rather than AI generated critique. You leave each session with a clear next step and a written recap you can act on. Between sessions, short questions get answered by message so momentum does not stall.
I coach candidates recruiting for financial services, corporate management, consulting, and mission-driven organizations. My focus is on execution and outcomes, not generic advice. Response Time: I respond to messages within 48 hours, Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are protected family time. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled inside that window are considered used. Package Expiration: Hours in this package are valid for 6 months from purchase. Scope: My coaching focuses on positioning, resume, LinkedIn, behavioral and fit interviews, networking, and offer readiness. I do not coach case interview mechanics. If casing is a priority for your recruiting, I recommend pairing with a case-specific coach.
