This package is built for college students recruiting for competitive internships and recent grads or early career professionals recruiting for full-time roles. Over five focused sessions, we run the full recruiting sprint from positioning through offer readiness. Financial services is my primary focus. I also place clients into corporate management, consulting, and mission-driven organizations. Every session is one on one, live, and built around your timeline, your target firms, and the parts of your recruiting that need the most work. I coach the specifics students rarely get taught: what a recruiter reads in six seconds, what a firm is actually screening for in a behavioral round, what to say in a networking conversation, and how to talk about money without flinching. You get real human feedback rather than AI generated critique. You leave each session with a clear next step and a written recap you can act on. Between sessions, short questions get answered by message so momentum does not stall. Response Time: I respond to messages within 48 hours, Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are protected family time. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled inside that window are considered used. Package Expiration: Hours in this package are valid for 4 months from purchase. Scope: My coaching focuses on positioning, resume, LinkedIn, behavioral and fit interviews, networking, and offer readiness. I do not coach case interview mechanics. If casing is a priority for your recruiting, I recommend pairing with a case-specific coach.
