Work with Ayosike
About
I coach the students and early career professionals who are serious about their next step. Financial services is my primary lane. I have also placed clients into corporate management, consulting, and mission-driven organizations. For the past five years, I have been the Senior Career Prep Coach for the Financial Services Track at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, working with fellows recruiting into top firms across the sector. That work sits on top of fifteen years leading career pathways and talent development programs at Harlem Children's Zone, Hunts Point Alliance for Children, Ashoka, and Accenture. My approach is built on one premise: ambition is rarely the gap. Knowing how the hiring process actually works is. I have coached more than 500 undergraduates and early career professionals through the recruiting cycle, and I bring that same rigor to every one on one client I take on here. Credentials: Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, ICF coaching certification in progress, and McKinsey Black Leadership Academy alum.

Why do I coach?
I coach because I was on the receiving end of it first. Twenty years ago, as a college student at Maryland, a career coach changed the trajectory of my professional life. I have been grateful that this profession exists ever since, and I carry what I received forward into every session I run. Career coaching sits at the intersection of everything I love to do: affirm, look forward, drive results, promote transformation. I am a teacher at heart with a business-oriented mind, and this work is the sweet spot where both live. Along the way I have added credentialing as a certified wellness coach, and I am now completing my ICF certification. I am a fan of education, and I also know education alone is not enough. What actually moves candidates forward is access, information, exposure, training, and someone in your corner who understands what the other side of the hiring table is looking for. My work is to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. I genuinely care about your outcome. I am dedicated to your success. That is why I do this work.
