Ashleigh Redding has worked in education for over a decade. She holds a Bachelor’s in Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Connecticut. Immediately upon graduating, Ashleigh joined the admissions staff at Wesleyan, where she managed athletic recruitment and alumni volunteers. After four years at Wesleyan, Ashleigh transitioned to the undergraduate admission office at Yale and went on to serve as their Director of Recruitment. In her time as an admissions officer, Ashleigh reviewed tens of thousands of applications and participated in hundreds of committees, both domestic and international.

Ashleigh Redding is a former Ivy League admissions officer with 13+ years of experience in higher education. Ashleigh completed her BA in Latin American Studies at Wesleyan University. She also holds an MBA through the University of Connecticut. Ashleigh spent 13 years working in undergraduate admissions at two highly selective institutions: Yale University and Wesleyan University. During her eight years at Yale, Ashleigh covered admissions territories across the U.S. and around the world, voted in hundreds of admissions committees, and oversaw all domestic recruitment. Throughout her time in admissions, Ashleigh covered both domestic and international admissions territories. Her domestic territories included: California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. Ashleigh's international territories included: the United World Colleges and South Asia.
