I’m a 3x founder and product leader from Meta, Oculus, BetterUp, and Shopify. I build products that transform lives and help people and teams navigate change, uncertain moments, life/career transitions and burnout. For a decade, I launched 0 to 1 products used by millions in tech in Digital Health, Youth Wellbeing, Trust& Safety, Virtual Reality, Marketplaces, B2B SaaS, AdTech and more. As an entrepreneur at heart, I bootstrapped a SaaS company to $1M ARR, co-founded a nonprofit that has supported students and founders for over a decade, and grew a six-figure coaching business with an AI-powered well-being platform. As an educator, I developed the Product Management curriculum from scratch at General Assembly, served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for an AI Product Management Program and taught 300+ students on Maven through custom-made programs on careers, identity, burnout, and tech. Alongside tech, I spent a decade training and gaining experience in coaching, psychology, behavioral science, and holistic medicine. I have a coaching certification from Brown University and am trained in Internal Family Systems, yoga, meditation, Qi Gong and principles of holistic wellbeing rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Why do I coach?
I got an understanding of the physiological and psychological toll of chronic stress through my own experience navigating immigrations, lay-offs, family breakdowns, founder breakups, endings, stress-related symptoms, a near death experience and more. Based on this lived experiences, hundreds of client sessions I created an evidence-based method pairing psychology (i.e. IFS, somatic, positive psych) with Eastern practices (i.e. TCM, meditation, energy work) that is the back-bone of all my coaching and programs. I'm excited to explore how I can help you in your new chapter!

Launched new parental supervision tools across Virtual Reality (Oculus) and Instagram, aligning 200+ stakeholders, VPs/FTC. Designed parental consent frameworks for emerging markets to respond to regulators, defined safe-by-default settings vs. parental controls, and age-verification. Also, part of the effort to build Instagram for Kids, focused on onboarding, parental supervision and controls.
