Description
This is for you if something about your career feels off and you can't name what, or you have two or three options and keep going in circles. Before we meet: - A short intake form: where you are, what feels off, and what you've already tried. - My Values Inventory, a five-minute forced-choice quiz that ranks what you actually value (not what you think you should). We use your results in the session. The session (90 minutes, live on video): - We start with what you actually want, then work backward. - We separate the real constraints from the stories about your career that are out of date. - We map two or three realistic paths, with what each one costs you and what it gives you. - We pick your next move, and I'll push back if it sounds like what you think you should want. After the session (within 48 hours): - Your one-page pivot map: what you want, your two or three paths and their tradeoffs, and your next three moves with dates. - One follow-up message within two weeks to check how the first move went. You'll leave knowing what you want next and exactly what to do this week.

Career pivots for high-achievers, from someone who's made four
I've made the pivots my clients are weighing. I started in sales at P&G, where I grew a $30M customer to $40M. I left for a Wharton MBA, joined BCG as a consultant, and then moved sideways into AI with no technical background: I built my first app on the side, joined BCG's Applied AI team, was promoted to Applied AI Lead and then Project Leader, and now lead AI transformation strategy at Scribe. Every one of those moves meant rewriting my story for a new audience, and most of them happened because someone helped me see a door I didn't know was there. I've been doing that for other people for years: mentoring interns and direct reports at P&G and BCG, coaching first-years through recruiting at Wharton, and now working 1:1 with early-career professionals and consultants.
