Description
This is for you if you have consulting interviews coming up (MBB, Tier 2, or in-house strategy) and want to walk in confident on both case and fit. Before we start: - Tell me your interview dates, firms, and where you feel weakest. Send your résumé so I can prep fit questions from it. Session 1 · Diagnostic (60 min): a full mock case, interviewer-led, under real conditions. Then we take it apart: structure, math, synthesis, and communication. You'll know exactly where an interviewer would lose confidence. Session 2 · Fix the gaps (60 min): a second case aimed at your weakest area, plus your "tell me about yourself" and "why consulting" answers, built from your résumé. Session 3 · Final mock (60 min): a full case plus fit round, run like the real thing. We finish with a short list of the habits to fix before interview day. After every session: - Written feedback within 24 hours: what worked, what to fix, and what to practice before next time. You'll leave with: - Two or three full mock cases with detailed feedback - Polished fit answers in your own words - A personal checklist of the habits to fix

Case and fit prep from a recent BCG Project Leader
I recruited into BCG from Wharton, starting with the summer internship, and worked my way from consultant to Project Leader. Along the way I worked on pricing strategy, stood up a joint venture for a global financial institution, ran a transformation office, and helped build BCG's applied AI work.
