About Zenia
I studied environmental science and policy intending to work in government, but came to see that businesses could be powerful drivers of change. That realization took me from public policy into Big Four and specialist consulting, and eventually to building and leading a multimillion-dollar sustainability practice across Asia Pacific. I have navigated different sectors, countries and the many ebbs and flows of the sustainability market without losing sight of why I entered the field. I bring that experience to helping others build careers that are purposeful, commercially credible and resilient to change.
Why do I coach?
When I was starting out, it was hard to find honest advice about what sustainability jobs actually involved or how to build a career in the field. I had mentors who helped me make sense of my options and gave me candid advice when I needed it. I coach because I want to be that person for others. I enjoy helping people work out where they fit, what they need to strengthen and what their next step should be.
