I help product managers and aspiring PMs communicate their experience more effectively, perform better in interviews, and make more intentional career moves. Many of the candidates I work with already have strong experience. The challenge is translating it. Their behavioral answers bury the important decision, their impact doesn't sound as strong as the work actually was, or they struggle when interviewers probe their reasoning. I've built products and navigated career transitions across Apple, Visa, Amazon, and healthcare startups, and I've coached 15+ candidates across behavioral interviews, product interviews, career positioning, and interview strategy

Why do I coach?
I was the first person in my family to attend college, and I entered the professional world without much of a roadmap for recruiting, networking, or navigating a corporate career. I learned through trial and error—asking questions, making mistakes, seeking feedback, and finding people who were willing to guide me. As my career progressed, I realized that doing strong work was only part of the equation. I also had to learn how to understand my strengths, communicate my value, and make intentional choices about where I wanted to go. I didn't learn those things alone. The best mentors and coaches I had didn't give me a formula or tell me who to become. They asked thoughtful questions, helped me recognize strengths I had overlooked, and gave me candid feedback when my thinking or story wasn't coming through. That experience shapes how I coach today. My coaching is diagnostic, not formulaic. We'll identify where your story or reasoning is losing the interviewer, pressure-test it with realistic follow-ups, and turn the feedback into changes you can immediately apply. I coach to help you see your experience more clearly, tell your stories with confidence, and pursue opportunities that align with their strengths. I once had to learn the unwritten rules of career growth myself, and I believe no one should have to navigate that path entirely alone.
