Xavier Garcia

I am a Weill Cornell MD-PhD candidate with experience on admissions committees at both Weill Cornell and the University of Southern California. I graduated magna cum laude from USC and conducted research at UCLA and the NIH before entering the Tri-Institutional MD-PhD program. That combination of admissions experience and physician-scientist training informs how I help applicants explain their preparation for medicine and research. I work with MD and MD-PhD applicants on school selection, AMCAS activities, personal statements, secondary essays, MD-PhD essays, and interview preparation.
