About

I coach leaders who have to set the direction and then make it happen: VPs, directors and program leads who need a clear strategy and roadmap, an operating model their teams can run, and a program that delivers. I'm the founder of Opscorp and a former McKinsey Senior Engagement Manager with a Kellogg MBA. Since 2012, at McKinsey, at Accenture and at the two firms I founded, Nooma Group Consulting and now Opscorp, I've worked beside retail and life science leaders on strategy, operating models and programs, then coached them and their teams through the change. What that looks like in practice: - At a national farm-and-ranch retailer, I helped the SVP/GM turn strategy into an operating system: an OKR cascade plus weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. - At a top-10 global biopharma, I built a review cadence and coached all 8 oncology program teams to the new model. - At a Fortune 100 retailer, I ran a 6-month product management capability build, with weekly training and side-by-side coaching for a senior director, 3 directors and 15 product managers. - Today I'm working with leaders at a large US grocer to articulate their digital product strategy and the capabilities needed to execute it. How I work: first we get clear on where you're going and build a roadmap with a few priorities you can defend. Then we design the roles, routines and metrics that will carry it. Then I coach you week by week while you run the program, with practical tools you keep. Experience level: Executive

100+ Business Operations & Strategy clients

I help executives get operating results from their AI and technology investment, so every function works from the same plan and the program delivers. I work where technology shifts, organizational shifts and operational improvements meet, mostly in retail and life science. I help clients articulate the strategy, the needed capabilities to bring the strategy to life, a roadmap that charts the path, and an operating model to make it run. My background is strategy formulation, roadmap development, program management, change management and executive coaching. Before Opscorp, I was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and then Founder and Managing Partner of Nooma Group Consulting, where I coached leaders and teams at a Fortune 100 retailer and a top-10 global biopharma. I hold an MBA from Kellogg.

Why do I coach?

I've spent my career in the gap between a strategy and the results, and the people side of that gap is where I find the work most rewarding. At McKinsey I helped start an internal coaching guild, and at Nooma Group Consulting and Opscorp, coaching leaders and teams through the change has been part of every engagement. The moment I enjoy most is when a leader develops the leverage for their teams to run things while they focus on strategy. If you're setting a new strategy, building the operating model to carry it, or leading a big program, I'd be glad to help.
