Suzie O'Carroll

Hi, I’m Suzie O’Carroll, an executive coach, facilitator, breathwork instructor and personal trainer. I support individuals through life's challenges, fostering personal transformation and deeper self-understanding. During my time at Google, Yahoo and as a high school teacher, I've had many “learnings" that have fueled my fascination with decision-making, navigating change, and interpersonal dynamics. I've explored how to support myself and others through stressful, tiring, demanding times. I've found that a few simple practices can result in a huge impact on resources when energy is running low and focus when stressed or anxious - and more importantly can unlock even more potential.
