Welcome! I'm a serial entrepreneur in the clean tech and electrification space. Currently I'm the CEO and founder of Artyc, a start-up modernizing last-mile cold chain transport through its smart cold chain packaging. Prior to Artyc, I co-founded Ecoflow, a consumer battery company that is valued at over $1 billion. For my work, I've been recognized as Forbes 30 under 30 in Energy in 2018 and a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer. In building these companies I've scaled large teams (in person and distributed), raised almost $50M from top tier investors from Sequoia to Lowercarbon, built HW/SW products with both B2C and B2B sales motions, and navigated complex founder dynamics. I believe strong leadership starts with alignment — knowing what actually drives you, not the version of it you've been told to perform. A meaningful part of our work together is understanding your own internal narrative: what motivates you, what you're drawn to, what's genuinely yours versus what was handed to you.
