Most recently, I co-founded and ran Bridgehouse, a premium global education company, serving as CEO from 2024 to 2026. I designed and led every programme we ran, partnering with faculty and teaching teams at Harvard, MIT, Cambridge and Oxford. Our clients included Fortune 500 CEOs and senior executives, so I know what exactly top leaders look for in talent, and what makes someone stand out in a room. Building programmes alongside top universities showed me what institutions actually value, and how strong candidates show it. I know what it’s like to apply without insider knowledge or a playbook, and I’ve spent the past decade helping others build one. I’ve also seen education from inside the classroom, as a Teaching Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I was invited by faculty to co-teach and lead sessions for Harvard Graduates. Before education, I was a financial regulatory lawyer at Latham & Watkins. I went through BigLaw recruiting myself, from tens to hundreds of screening interviews to final-rounds, so I can help applicants targeting law school, or legal careers present themselves the way top firms expect.
