For nearly 15 years, I served as Director of Admissions and Graduate Programs at Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), overseeing the admissions and recruitment process for the Master in Public Affairs (MPA), Master in Public Policy (MPP), and Ph.D. programs. In this role, I reviewed thousands of applications and guided prospective students through the highly selective and holistic admissions processes. My work involved leading the admissions committee in close collaboration with faculty, with a strong focus on identifying and supporting future leaders in public service, government, international affairs, and nonprofit sectors.
