I’ve spent nearly a decade in wealth management across advisor, leadership, and advisor-development roles at firms including JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch, and independent wealth management organizations. I’m a CFP® professional and have experience across client acquisition, practice development, financial planning, advisor productivity, career progression, and navigating the expectations of large financial institutions. Today, much of my work centers on supporting and developing financial advisors—helping them build stronger practices, prioritize the right activities, work through business challenges, and accelerate their development. My coaching style is practical and conversational, with an emphasis on turning broad goals into specific actions that advisors can actually implement.
