Whether that's building a case for promotion, growing into more ownership, or just figuring out what's next, we'll use this first session to get clear on it together. I've coached designers professionally, mentored within teams at every company I've worked at, and stayed active in design community networks, so I've seen a lot of different versions of this conversation. There's no single script, we'll work from where you actually are. What we'll cover: • A real conversation about where you are and where you want to go • Identifying what's actually in your way, skill gaps, visibility, confidence, or something else • A concrete next step you can act on right away • A plan for what's next, solo or with continued support
