Autism + ADHD | STEM Career Changes | 12yrs Experience | Ex-Carnegie Mellon
I’ve helped thousands of people at every career stage — from undergrads choosing majors to VPs with decades of experience — navigate career pivots, graduate school, and high-stakes job searches. My specialty is making the process clear, structured, and doable, especially for neurodivergent clients and career changers who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out.
Most of my career was in higher ed across Career Services, Admissions, and Counseling, working closely with international students and career changers balancing academics, recruiting, and grad applications. At Carnegie Mellon, I served as Assistant/Associate Director of Career Services for the MS in Computational Finance (MSCF) program and 16 engineering master’s programs, gaining insider perspective on what top programs and employers look for. At MSCF, I even ensured 100% of my students had internships each year, with over 90% having full-time, six-figure job offers by graduation.
Now, I specialize in neuroinclusive career coaching — with much of my caseload ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD clients — including many late-diagnosed job seekers figuring out how to align their work with their needs, interests, and natural ways of processing.
Whether you need a full roadmap or just the next two steps, I’ll meet you where you are. Together we’ll clarify your direction, build a plan, and work side-by-side on what matters most — applications, networking, interview prep, or skill-building. You don’t have to figure this out alone. My structured-yet-flexible approach helps you move forward with confidence.
