Hi, future MBAs! I'm Sarah, and I'd be thrilled to guide you through this exciting journey to business school. As a recent MBA graduate from the MIT Sloan School of Management, I navigated the admissions process myself not so long ago and know exactly what it takes to stand out. A little bit about me: I'm currently the US Partnerships Lead at Runna (acquired by Strava!) and spent the summer between my 1st and 2nd year interning at Google in NYC as a Strategy & Operations MBA Intern working on sales strategy within the Google Ads business unit. Prior to Sloan, I worked in Tech Sales at a leading digital marketing SaaS company while also handling operations at a fashion-tech peer-to-peer rental startup. I spent my undergrad years at Middlebury College in VT studying Economics & German and am originally from the Philippines! On campus at Sloan, I was the President of the Retail & Consumer Goods Club, the Co-President of the Sloan Events Committee, and the SVP of Admissions for the Sloan Women in Management (SWIM) club, which means that I worked closely with the Admissions Office to get to know, recruit, and admit qualified candidates who are part of underrepresented groups. I'll bring this same energy to you, breaking down the intimidating application process into manageable steps. I'm here to help you organize your thoughts, refine your essays, and prepare for interviews, always with the goal of showcasing your unique strengths to help you land at the best possible program for you.
