Work with Sarah
About
I’m Sarah, and I love helping people write their essays and put together strong college and grad school applications. Beyond the essays, I can help with your resume, interview prep, building your school list, and keeping track of every deadline. I’ve been through a few application processes myself, from Georgetown for undergrad to ESSEC Business School in France to Harvard Kennedy School for my master’s. I also interview applicants for Georgetown and get to see firsthand what makes someone stand out. My career has been a bit windy, from project management to procurement to sustainability to policy, and it took me a while to see how it all fit together. So I know how hard it is to tell your own story. I like working through someone’s background with them, figuring out what to lead with, and shaping it into an application that feels like them. Beyond applications, I also coach on: - Breaking into sustainability: I’ve worked on sustainability strategy with multiple organizations and can help you understand the field, the trends and regulations shaping it, and how to position yourself for it (and build a healthy tolerance for jargon). - French: I’m French-American and a native speaker, and I can help you prep for written or oral exams. I promise to make French grammar a little less painful. Outside of work and coaching, I love cooking, running, and photography. If any of this speaks to you, I’d love to chat!
Sarah also coaches for Master’s Programs and Climate Tech & Sustainability. View all.
Sarah’s AP Exams Qualifications
Scored a 5 on the AP Exams
I grew up in a French family and have lived, studied, and worked in both France and the US, so French has always been part of my everyday life. I help students prepare for the AP French Language and Culture exam. Doing well on the AP takes more than grammar. You need to sound natural, understand the culture behind the language, and handle a mix of tasks under time pressure. We can work on all of it, from writing and listening to the speaking tasks and cultural comparisons. Whether you’re building a strong base or going for a 5, I’ll help you feel ready on exam day, and I promise to make French grammar a little less painful along the way.

Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it's like to feel unsure whether you're doing something right, whether that's applying to school, explaining a non-linear career, or navigating a new industry. I try to keep things simple and meet you where you're at.
