I help professionals talk about themselves with clarity and confidence. Most of my clients are highly capable people who know their work is good but struggle to say it out loud: in interviews, in performance conversations, in rooms where visibility matters. Together we find the strengths behind your results, the values that guide your choices, and the stories that may be holding you back. I spent 14 years inside Fortune 500 tech companies, including IBM, Oracle, Red Hat and Airbnb, before becoming a coach. I hold the ICF PCC credential, have more than 2,500 coaching hours, and have given a TEDx talk. I am based in Montreal and work in English, Spanish and French. Working with me is warm, direct and practical. Sessions are conversations, not lectures. I will ask questions that make you think, say what I notice honestly, and give you tools you can use the same week, such as a CliftonStrengths Top 5 report, strengths cards and ready to use answers for the moments that matter. You leave knowing what you are good at, why it matters, and how to say it.

Why do I coach?
I love the corporate world, but from the outside. I spent 14 years inside companies like IBM, Oracle and Airbnb, knowing I wanted to dedicate myself to my purpose. It took me a long time to discover what that was. Coaching is my way of serving and making an impact. For many people, corporate life can feel soul sucking. After more than 2,500 hours of coaching, I have seen that the obstacle people are facing, a difficult boss, a conflict, a change, often points to what they need to grow into. I help them walk through it, so they feel better in the workplace.
