Description

This is a four-session package for someone already doing the work — applying, networking, building a portfolio — and still hitting dead ends. We are not going to rewrite two bullet points and call it done. We will take apart what you have been doing, find where it is breaking, and rebuild the approach around a specific target. Session 1 — Direction and audit. We get clear on exactly what you are going after: the roles, the types of companies, the markets, and the people whose careers look like the one you want. I will also want to see what you have been sending and who you have been contacting, so I can see where things are stalling. Session 2 — Materials. Resume, portfolio and LinkedIn, rebuilt around the target we set. LinkedIn matters more than most people realise — recruiters search it, and how you are framed determines whether you come up at all. Session 3 — Search strategy and target list. Where to apply, who to contact, what to say, and how to follow up so conversations do not fizzle. I will build you a target company list, including the smaller brands and agencies most people do not have on their radar. Session 4 — Interview and storytelling. In this industry how you tell your story is part of what is being assessed — they are hiring people who can represent the brand. We will work on how you talk about your background and your pivot, then practise the questions you are most likely to get. Between sessions, send me whatever you are working on — a resume draft, a portfolio update, an outreach message before it goes out — and I will come back to you within 48 hours on weekdays.

Ex-LVMH & Bergdorf Goodman | Luxury Fashion Career Coach

My path started as a buyer at Bergdorf Goodman, then market intelligence and digital strategy at LVMH across 75+ Maisons. Today I interview and advise executives at Chanel, Louis Vuitton and PUIG for Beyond Luxury Group, and teach strategic merchandising to master’s students at Istituto Marangoni Paris. I am also close enough to the start of a luxury career to remember exactly how it goes. I made my own move into the Paris market recently, rebuilding from zero in an industry that runs on relationships and insider knowledge most people do not have access to, so I know what the applications, the silence and the interviews are actually like in this market, right now. That combination is the point. I read your materials the way the people hiring you read them, because I sit on that side of the table, and I coach on the parts of a luxury career that are hardest to work out alone: how to position your experience the way luxury hiring managers actually read it, how to build the network that gets you in the room, and how to navigate an industry that does not publish its own rules. I work with students and recent graduates trying to get in, professionals pivoting from adjacent industries, people moving between the US and European markets, and applicants to fashion business master’s programs.
