About
I got my start with a public school education and a passion for social impact—and have since made my way around the highest levels of government, prestigious fellowships, Ivy League classrooms, major nonprofits, and top research hospitals. I've left these spaces hungry to help other passionate change-makers from all backgrounds get their foot in the door and make an impact on the people and systems around them when they are in—without losing sight of what drew them in the first place. Since then, I've coached 60+ professionals from across sectors—business, government, law, nonprofits, medicine, arts—from 20+ countries and have helped teach courses on leadership, negotiation, and workplace communication at the Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Harvard Executive Education Program.
Rucha also coaches for Leadership Coaching and Public Service & Administration. View all.

Rucha has helped clients get into these companies:
I have experience coaching entrepreneurs, engineers, lawyers, doctors, artists, and public servants to advocate for themselves more effectively in high-stakes professional conversations: nailing behavioral interviews, negotiating salary raises, delivering difficult feedback, asking for support from higher-ups, and more. I've trained and taught under the Getting to Yes lineage anchored at Harvard Law School, and am up to speed on the sharpest tools for negotiation and difficult conversations. I pair this with my training in psychological and somatic tools to make sure your nervous system is grounded enough to land the plan as we build it together.

Why do I coach?
Coaching, to me, is about helping you tap into your unique superpowers—not about pushing you into a cardboard cutout. It's about helping you find the words that feel right in your voice for the interview, the plan that is sharp in your head for the negotiation, and the actions that feel aligned in your heart to intervene on dynamics in your organization. I think that is key to landing the right opportunity and making waves once you're there. Nothing gives me more life than helping people become the best version of themselves—and helping them bring out the same in those around them. If you're ready to go deep, dream big, and execute efficiently, let's chat.
