That journey led me to Investment Banking at Solomon Partners and eventually to my current role in Private Equity at Abry Partners, after successfully navigating the on-cycle recruiting process. Along the way, I’ve reviewed 100+ resumes and interviewed candidates across various roles, giving me a clear sense of what it actually takes to break into IB and PE. I know how confusing and opaque the process can feel—and how hard it is to find reliable, honest guidance. My goal is to demystify the process, share actionable strategies and resources, and serve as a thought partner to help you break into IB and PE.
