Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how overwhelming these interviews can feel even for experienced professionals. While preparing for Google, Meta, and Amazon, I learned that the biggest unlock wasn’t memorizing more frameworks; it was focused practice, candid feedback, and understanding how interviewers interpret an answer. Those lessons helped me succeed, and I want to make them accessible to others. I enjoy turning vague feedback into concrete improvements and helping candidates become confident, adaptable thinkers not rehearsed performers.
