It's hard to see your blind spots without an outside perspective. I help students break into finance by identifying their strengths, sharpening their weak spots, and building a clear plan toward the internship or offer they're after. I come from a non-target background, so I know how much harder it can feel to break into finance without a built-in pipeline. You have to be more resourceful and intentional about every step. I'm a college student who has navigated multiple internship offers and garnered experience at BlackRock (returning next year). I also help lead mentor recruitment for a fellowship program, where I've reviewed candidates and coached students through their own applications and interviews.
