Custom MCP Server Architecture for Personal AI Assistance [8/3/2026] (Recording)

Custom MCP Server Architecture for Personal AI Assistance [8/3/2026] (Recording)

After this session, you'll know how to design and deploy a custom MCP server that acts as a persistent, context-aware layer for your personal AI workflows. We'll cover how to structure server architecture for reliability, how to pass meaningful context between sessions, and how to avoid the common configuration mistakes that make personal AI tools fragile in practice. Attending live means you can describe your specific setup and get a direct answer about whether your architecture choices make sense, something a recording cannot replicate. The coach works on AI tooling infrastructure daily, and this session reflects how they actually think through system design decisions, not a simplified version of it.

Way Too Early: Top 7 Things to Do as a Deferred MBA Applicant [8/19/2026] (Recording)

Way Too Early: Top 7 Things to Do as a Deferred MBA Applicant [8/19/2026] (Recording)

Think it's too early to plan for a deferred MBA? It's not, because the students who start now develop an unmistakeable edge. Deferred MBA programs at HBS, Stanford GSB, Wharton, and other top schools let college seniors lock in a business school seat before starting their careers, and acceptance rates favor those who prepare early. This session is built for rising college seniors (and their parents!) who want to understand the deferred MBA landscape before the fall semester chaos begins. In 45 minutes, you'll get my "way too early" Top 7 action list: the concrete things to do the summer before senior year to set up a winning deferred application. We'll cover: which schools offer deferred admission and how the programs differ, how to think about GMAT/GRE timing, what makes a compelling early profile, how to use senior year strategically, and the mistakes I see applicants make when they wait too long. We'll close with plenty of time for live Q&A (parents' questions welcome.) Whether you're just starting to wonder about the deferred MBA or already building your school list, you'll leave with a clear, prioritized roadmap for the year ahead.

What an AI-Native Org Actually Looks Like (And Why Yours Probably Isn't) [6/4/2026] (Recording)

Most teams are experimenting with AI, but far fewer have figured out what it actually means to build an AI-native organization. This session is designed for leaders, operators, and professionals who want to understand how AI changes the way teams make decisions, structure workflows, and create leverage across an organization. You’ll learn what distinguishes AI-native companies from teams simply layering on tools, how workflows and roles evolve in practice, and the organizational patterns that emerge when AI becomes part of day-to-day operations. Attending live gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your own team, workflows, or implementation challenges and get feedback in real time. The speaker works closely with organizations navigating AI adoption and will share the patterns they see across teams, along with how they evaluate what is actually driving impact versus creating noise. If you're thinking seriously about what AI adoption should look like in practice, it’s worth joining live.

The Deal Discussion Playbook [8/10/2026] (Recording)

The Deal Discussion Playbook [8/10/2026] (Recording)

After this session, you will know how to navigate compensation conversations, respond to exploding offers, and push back on deal terms without jeopardizing an offer. This playbook covers the specific moments in the negotiation process where candidates most commonly leave money on the table or signal the wrong things to a hiring team. Attending live means you can bring your actual situation, whether you have a competing offer, a timeline conflict, or a number that feels off, and get a direct read on how to handle it. A recording cannot replicate that exchange. The coach works inside these conversations regularly and will share the patterns and language that move outcomes in the right direction.

AI Can't Do Everything. Here's What It Can Do. [6/9/2026] (Recording)

With so much conversation around AI, it can be hard to separate real capabilities from inflated expectations. This session is designed for professionals, builders, and curious learners who want a practical understanding of where AI creates value—and where it still falls short. You’ll learn how to identify high-impact use cases, understand the types of tasks AI handles best, and recognize the limitations that still require human judgment, context, and decision-making. Attending live gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your own workflows and challenges and get real-time guidance on how AI can fit into them. The speaker works closely with individuals and teams adopting AI and will share the patterns they see across successful implementations, along with how they evaluate where AI meaningfully improves outcomes versus where it adds complexity. If you want a more grounded understanding of what AI can realistically do today, it’s worth joining live.

How to Get the Coffee Chat [8/20/2026] (Recording)

How to Get the Coffee Chat [8/20/2026] (Recording)

Nobody replies. That is the whole problem, and it is usually fixable. This is the outreach primer. Before you send anything, look at what the banker sees when your request lands. A LinkedIn with no photo and no school reads as someone there is no reason to take seriously, and the request gets declined. No resume in the thread and they may not bother taking the chance on you. Then the email itself. Who you are, one specific reason you want this person, three windows, resume attached. Under five sentences. The windows have rules people break constantly, and breaking one of them costs you the contact. What we'll cover: - Which channel to use first, and why the school or club pipeline beats a cold email - What a banker sees before deciding whether to take your call - The five sentence email, and the one specific reason that has to be in it - The rules for offering times, including the one that burns the contact - When to follow up, and the line between persistence and pestering - The referral email, and why it is the easiest one you will ever send Have a tricky networking situation? Book a free 15-minute intro and we will talk it through. Part 2 of Coffee Chat Ready, a six part run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each one stands alone, so jump in anywhere. How to Overcome Admissions Obstacles…and Still Get into Your Dream Law School  [7/30/2026] (Recording)

If your application has a weak GPA, an employment gap, or a disciplinary record, this session will show you how to address it directly rather than hope admissions committees overlook it. The coach works with law school applicants through this process regularly and will be sharing the reasoning behind what actually moves complicated applications forward.

How to Achieve Big Goals Through Daily Action [7/28/2026] (Recording)

How to Achieve Big Goals Through Daily Action [7/28/2026] (Recording)

Big goals often fail not because people lack ambition, but because they become overwhelmed by the size of what they’re trying to achieve. When goals feel unclear, too far away, or difficult to manage alongside day-to-day responsibilities, it’s easy to get stuck in overthinking, procrastination, or inconsistent action. In this session, we’ll discuss a practical framework for breaking big goals into clear, achievable actions so you can create meaningful progress through consistency rather than pressure or perfectionism. We’ll cover: - Why ambitious goals often create overwhelm, procrastination, or scattered effort - A simple framework for breaking large goals into actionable steps - How to prioritize high-impact actions without getting stuck in planning - The role consistency plays in long-term growth and performance - Practical ways to create momentum and follow-through in your career and life This session is designed for professionals who want a more intentional, structured, and sustainable approach to achieving meaningful goals. The coach works inside this space and brings patterns observed across candidates who have successfully made this transition, offering a grounded perspective on what actually separates strong applicants from the rest.
