Why do I coach?

One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been helping other therapists grow. Through my years as a clinical supervisor, I've seen how much difference thoughtful mentorship can make. Developing clinical confidence takes more than learning theories in graduate school. It requires opportunities to ask questions, work through real-world challenges, receive constructive feedback, and learn from experience. I enjoy helping clinicians connect what they've learned academically with the realities of clinical practice. Whether someone is just beginning their career or looking to strengthen an existing skill, I find it meaningful to support their professional growth. My goal is to make professional development feel approachable, practical, and encouraging while helping clinicians become more confident, thoughtful, and effective in their work.
