About
I help PMs land offers at top tech companies, and I help people who feel stuck figure out where they're headed. I spent over a decade in product at Google, YouTube and Coinbase. I led consumer and platform products used by hundreds of millions of people, and I interviewed 300+ PM candidates along the way. Today I'm Founder & CEO of Bitpulse, a crypto data company. I've coached 500+ sessions with a 4.9 rating, and I contributed to a widely used Coinbase PM interview guide. What I help with - PM interviews: product sense, strategy, execution and metrics, behavioral and leadership - Company loops: Google, YouTube, Meta, Coinbase, OpenAI and other top tech - Moving into crypto or web3 PM roles, including how to frame a Web2 background - Career moves: leveling, transitions, and doing well once you're in the role If you're not sure what's next - Not everyone comes in with an interview on the calendar. Some people come in because they feel stuck: they're unsure whether to stay or leave, which roles to go after, or how to get from where they are to where they want to be. That's a good place to start. Together we: - Get clear on what you want, and on what you're willing to trade for it - Look at your options honestly, with the tradeoffs side by side - Turn that into a concrete plan with next steps and a timeline you set You leave knowing your next move and why it's the right one for you. What working with me is like - Every session is a real rep. You answer the way you would in the loop, then we break it down. - The feedback is direct. You'll hear what an interviewer would actually think and what to change. - Structure without sounding scripted. I'll show you frameworks as one way to stay organized, not as a script to recite. - We start from where you are: your goals, your situation, your timeline. Most people leave with a clear plan and the confidence to act on it.

Or has helped clients get into these companies:
I spent over a decade in product management and strategy at Google, YouTube and Coinbase, and I have sat on the other side of the table for well over a hundred PM interviews. I now coach PM candidates 1-on-1: 500+ sessions, a 4.9 average rating, and clients who landed offers at Google, Meta, Coinbase and other top tech companies. Sessions are live mock interviews or working sessions, not lectures. You answer, I give direct feedback on structure, judgment and delivery, and we build a plan for the next round. I cover product sense and strategy, execution and metrics, behavioral and leadership, and system design, and I know the Google, YouTube, Meta and Coinbase loops from the inside. If you are moving into crypto or web3 product, I was a PM at Coinbase, I run a crypto data company today, and I know what those teams test for and how to frame a Web2 background. Beyond interviews, I help PMs plan the next move, negotiate the offer, and get promoted to senior and group PM.

Why do I coach?
I've sat on both sides of the table. In over a decade as a PM, I interviewed 300+ candidates. Many strong people didn't get the offer, and it usually wasn't about ability. They couldn't show how they think in 45 minutes, or they told their story in a way that undersold them. That's fixable, and fixing it is what I enjoy most. Coaching also keeps me honest. Breaking down a product question with someone makes me sharper as a builder, and I learn something from almost every session. I was fortunate to have super talented people help me along the way. They gave me their time, honest feedback, and a push when I needed it. Coaching is my way to pay that forward. Mostly, I like the moment it clicks: someone stops reciting a framework and starts sounding like the PM they already are. Helping people get there, whether it's an offer or a clear next step, is why I keep doing this.
