This is a focused five-session programme for financial analysts who are ready to make the shift from traditional reporting to AI-enabled FP&A and want to do it in a way that lands optimised results in the job market. Over the sessions we work through your positioning, your materials, your skills, and your strategy. By the time we are done you will have a resume and LinkedIn profile that actually reflect your value, a working AI toolkit you can demonstrate in interviews, and a job search system that works. I cannot promise you a job. What I can promise is that you will be sharper, better positioned, and significantly more competitive than you are today. The rest is yours to execute. What we cover across our sessions: Session 1 (2.5 h) - positioning + LinkedIn live optimisation together on screen. Session 2 (2.5 h) - review your async CV rewrite + cover letter framework + targeting strategy. Between every session I review your materials, leave specific written feedback, and answer questions via Leland messages so the work does not stall.

Writing software full time since 2011, alongside a BSc and then a Master's at the University of Passau. Enterprise delivery in Germany and the UK since 2018. No shortcuts, no straight line. A genuine obsession with technology, how it works, and what it can do for people when it is set up properly. That path led through enterprise consulting, AI systems, and eventually Frankfurt, where the focus now is on what is coming next. Agents, large language models, and the infrastructure that makes them run in production rather than in a demo. Certified n8n Expert Partner, licence 18628384, valid through February 2028, with code merged into n8n core. I deliver automation and integration work across banking, telecommunications, public sector and manufacturing in the DACH region.
