SESSION 2 — Deepen & Define We go deeper into the story and tackle the places where it gets hard to articulate. Then we turn outward — who are the community members you're telling this story to? We map your audience, their language, and how your narrative lands differently in different rooms. SESSION 3 — Community Workshop: IRL & Online We get tactical. In-session we workshop concrete ideas to drive community for your brand — both online and in real life. What activations, moments, and rituals make people feel like they belong to something bigger than a product? SESSION 4 — Blue Sky This session belongs to you. We wrap up burning ideas, troubleshoot what's not working, and set you on your way. Think of it as the session where everything clicks — and you leave with a clear path forward.

I coach from experience, not theory. I have built communities from scratch — at Google, at Instagram, and as a Founder. I was Instagram's first Latin American hire and helped grow @instagrambrasil to 16.3 million followers. After Instagram, I joined a branding company working exclusively with startups, which gave me deep experience in the VC and startup ecosystem — and where I discovered my passion for working directly with founders. It was there that I saw the gap: founders with brilliant ideas but no story to match. A deck is not enough. What moves rooms, drives moments, and builds communities that become love brands is charisma — and charisma is a story told with conviction. My methodology — the Treasure Hunt — is a proprietary framework I developed to surface the story only you can tell. It's the same process I use with Fortune 500 leaders, and the same one I now bring to founders who are ready to build something that lasts. I am also a pop artist and multi-hyphenate creator, which makes me deeply sensitive to voice, tone, and authenticity. I don't coach you toward a generic founder story.
