I've been coaching startup founders since 2018 on the story that turns a deck into a company. These are the same skills I used when Instagram Brazil was a scrappy startup, and the same skills I now teach Fortune 500 leaders across industries. What we do together: Before we start, you receive a Treasure Hunting pre-work packet — a set of questions designed to surface the moments, turning points, and convictions that make your founder story distinct. You arrive to Session 1 already inspired and mid-discovery. Session 1 — Treasure Hunt. We go through your treasures together and kick off the story makeover. Treasure Hunting is my proprietary method for finding the story only you can tell. Session 2 — You & Your Startup. We map the connection between your unique purpose and your startup's purpose — the dots that only you can connect, and the story that emerges when you do. Session 3 — Selling the Story. We train the narrative and your founder presence for a specific audience — an investor meeting, a key hire, a press interview, an enterprise pitch, a demo day. Session 4 — Higher Stakes. Same structure, bigger room. We drill the moments that really matter — the final partner meeting, the lead investor call, the conference keynote, the press interview that defines the round.
What's included
In 2018 I joined a company built to help startup founders tell their stories. It became one of the most formative chapters of my career — we were selling ideas and presentation decks, and trying to turn them into companies. That experience shaped me into the coach and advisor I am today.I've also walked the walk. I'm a founder myself — of a storytelling company — and an entrepreneur focused on the creative space. Before that, I worked at Google Brazil in the early days and was the first hire for Instagram LatAm when the app was still scrappy. I'm also a pop artist (yes, really) and the creator of Chloé & Valentina, an audio fiction series featuring a Grammy-winning producer, Oscar-nominated sound designer, Emmy-winning writer, and acclaimed lead actress.
