Mental Health First Aid: Navigate Burnout & Build Sustainable Wellbeing
This package is for professionals in demanding, high-pressure careers who want practical support for burnout, stress, and sustainable wellbeing at work. It draws on my Mental Health First Aid certification along with my own experience navigating mental health challenges while holding demanding leadership roles. Together we will: Identify your specific stress and burnout patterns. We'll look at how burnout actually shows up for you, whether that's in your energy, focus, relationships at work, or physical health, so we're solving the right problem rather than a generic one. Build practical coping strategies. We'll develop tools you can realistically use during a packed workday, not idealized routines that assume you have unlimited time and energy. Navigate difficult workplace conversations. This includes how to talk to a manager about workload or mental health needs, how to set boundaries without derailing your career, and how to support a struggling colleague or direct report. Create a sustainable pace, not just a crisis fix. We'll focus on building habits and boundaries that hold up over the long term, not just getting you through the next deadline. Ongoing check-ins between sessions. You can reach out with questions or when a specific situation comes up that you want to think through in real time. Important note: this package is coaching and peer support, not therapy or clinical treatment. If at any point it becomes clear that clinical care would serve you better, I'll say so directly and help you think through next steps.
What's included
**Describe how you work with clients** Sessions are live, direct, and conversational. I ask specific questions about how burnout and stress are actually showing up for you, rather than starting from generic frameworks, and I give honest feedback rather than only reassurance. I know what it's like to manage a mental health challenge while holding down a demanding leadership role, so I hold space for that reality without treating it as something to just push through. My approach draws on Mental Health First Aid training combined with lived experience, not a clinical framework. I'll help you build strategies that fit your actual workday and role, and if it becomes clear that clinical support would serve you better, I'll say so directly rather than stretching outside what coaching can offer.

Practical support for workplace stress, burnout, and mental wellness
I've spent 12+ years building things that didn't exist yet: the first CSR framework at a $100B aerospace company mid-merger, the first ESG governance system at a multinational spanning hospitality, agriculture, and pro sport, the first impact report at a fast-growing company. My career has moved through corporate, nonprofit, and public policy, and across the U.S. and Europe. That taught me the real skill isn't any one technical specialty. It's knowing how to translate between people, sectors, and cultures who don't naturally speak the same language. Strategy people, finance people, frontline teams, regulators, and community partners all have different vocabularies and incentives, and the leaders who move things forward are the ones who can bridge them. I've learned that skill inside post-merger chaos, inside board rooms, and inside a summer camp stretching a budget for underserved kids, and it transfers further than people expect. I hold a Master of Public Policy & Administration and I'm finishing a Master of Science in Sustainable Management, but just as much of what I bring comes from lived experience: founding my own consulting practice, sitting on nonprofit boards (Racing Pride, USO), mentoring through Hire Heroes and my alma mater, and speaking at academic and professional conferences on leadership, sustainability, and the internal politics nobody puts in the job description.
