ESG Career Launchpad: Strategy, Story, and Positioning
This package is designed for anyone looking to break into or pivot into climate tech, ESG, and sustainability roles, whether you're coming from a completely different industry or trying to move from an adjacent function into a dedicated sustainability seat. Over our sessions together, we will: Map your transferable skills. We'll go through your background in detail and identify the experience you already have that translates into ESG and sustainability work, even if it doesn't look like it on paper. This is the foundation everything else builds on. Build your positioning and story. I'll help you develop a clear, compelling narrative for your resume, LinkedIn, and interviews that connects your past experience to the climate and sustainability space, rather than asking you to start from zero. Target the right roles and companies. We'll identify where your specific background is most valuable (corporate ESG teams, nonprofits, consultancies, or climate-focused startups) so you're not applying broadly and hoping something sticks. Prepare for interviews. We'll run through likely interview questions specific to ESG and sustainability roles, including how to speak credibly about frameworks like CSRD, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement even if you're new to the terminology. Review application materials. I'll give direct, practical feedback on your resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile so they reflect the story we've built together. Ongoing strategy support. Between sessions, you can reach out with questions on specific job postings, networking messages, or decisions as they come up. By the end of this package, you'll have a clear personal narrative, a resume and LinkedIn that speak the language of the industry, and a concrete strategy for where to focus your job search.
What's included
My style is direct and practical, grounded in real experience rather than theory. I listen closely to where you actually are, then help you connect your existing strengths to where you want to go, rather than handing you a generic template. My coaching mixes live sessions with asynchronous support. Live sessions are conversational but focused. I ask specific questions and give honest feedback, because vague encouragement doesn't get people hired. Between sessions, I provide document feedback and editing on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and application materials, plus quick turnaround on questions as they come up. What sets me apart is the breadth of my own path: corporate, nonprofit, and public policy, across the U.S. and Europe, from frontline roles to executive strategy. I coach from having made these pivots myself, not just studied them.
- A clear personal narrative connecting your background to ESG and sustainability roles
- A revised resume and LinkedIn repositioned around sustainability priorities
- Working familiarity with core ESG frameworks and terminology
- Practiced answers to common ESG and sustainability interview questions

Sustainability & ESG Strategy That Goes Beyond Compliance
I've spent 12+ years building things that didn't exist yet: the first CSR framework at a $100B aerospace company mid-merger, the first ESG governance system at a multinational spanning hospitality, agriculture, and pro sport, the first impact report at a fast-growing company. My career has moved through corporate, nonprofit, and public policy, and across the U.S. and Europe. That taught me the real skill isn't any one technical specialty. It's knowing how to translate between people, sectors, and cultures who don't naturally speak the same language. Strategy people, finance people, frontline teams, regulators, and community partners all have different vocabularies and incentives, and the leaders who move things forward are the ones who can bridge them. I've learned that skill inside post-merger chaos, inside board rooms, and inside a summer camp stretching a budget for underserved kids, and it transfers further than people expect. I hold a Master of Public Policy & Administration and I'm finishing a Master of Science in Sustainable Management, but just as much of what I bring comes from lived experience: founding my own consulting practice, sitting on nonprofit boards (Racing Pride, USO), mentoring through Hire Heroes and my alma mater, and speaking at academic and professional conferences on leadership, sustainability, and the internal politics nobody puts in the job description.
