Four live cases in the weeks before your interviews, each run as the real thing, with fit built in. How it runs: - Each session is one interviewer-led case, unseen in advance: market entry, profitability, growth or operations, matched to the firm you face. I play the interviewer, including the push-back. - About 20 minutes of feedback after each case: did you clarify the goal, was the structure specific to this case, was the math clean and spoken aloud, did you read the exhibit for the insight, and did you close with an answer first. - Fit questions are woven into the sessions, so your stories are ready too. - Between sessions I send casebooks and drills for the weak spot, and once you know your interviewer or office we tailor the last case to it. I was a Project Leader at BCG, interviewed candidates, and was promoted three times in four years.
