System Design Interview Prep Sprint
Build a clearer, more structured approach to system design interviews in three focused sessions. I draw on engineering experience at Amazon, Square, and Citrix, interviewing candidates at Amazon and Square, and coaching more than 100 people. This package is for engineers who know the basics and want focused practice before an interview. What is included: 1. Diagnostic and guided design: identify your gaps and work through requirements, capacity estimates, APIs, and a data model. 2. Architecture and tradeoffs: practice choosing storage, caching, queues, scaling, and reliability approaches for a design problem. 3. Timed mock interview and debrief: practice explaining your design, receive specific feedback, and prioritize your next practice steps. Three live, one-to-one sessions of 60 minutes each. All coaching, feedback, and preparation planning take place within those three hours. Practice between sessions is independent.
