For leaders working across cultures, languages, or borders, when your message keeps landing differently than you intended. Three 60-minute sessions delivered over 4–6 weeks. Session 1: Diagnosis (60 min) We identify where your communication is breaking down. A board presentation that fell flat. A difficult email thread you cannot resolve. A team that feels "off" but no one can say why. You leave with clarity on the real problem, not just the surface symptoms. Session 2: Strategy (60 min) We build a tailored communication plan for your specific context. We rehearse the conversations that matter before you have them. You leave with a concrete framework you can use immediately, not generic tips. Session 3: Application (60 min) We apply the framework to a real situation you are facing. You practice. You get direct feedback. You leave with a revised approach and the confidence to use it. Between sessions: One brief exercise or reflection prompt per week (15–20 minutes). No homework for the sake of homework. Only what moves you forward. This package is for you if you already perform at a high level, but something important is getting lost in translation.
