10 sessions over 12 weeks, for professionals making a high-stakes international career move: relocating, entering a new market, or rebuilding a career after a layoff or visa change. Phase 1: Decide (Sessions 1–3) We map your situation, what you've tried, what's blocking you, what you actually want. We build a decision framework for your specific crossroads and stress-test each pathway (direct move, degree route, remote-first entry). You leave Phase 1 with a written Move Strategy Memo: your chosen direction, why, and the 90-day plan. Phase 2: Position (Sessions 4–6) We rebuild your CV and LinkedIn for the target market, not translated, repositioned. We design your networking approach: who to reach, how to open, how to convert conversations into referrals in a market where you have no existing network. Phase 3: Perform (Sessions 7–9) Interview preparation for cross-cultural contexts: your core narrative, 3–5 adaptable stories, a full mock interview with detailed feedback on content, delivery, and cultural nuance. Phase 4: Land (Session 10) Offer evaluation and negotiation, compensation, relocation terms, visa considerations, plus a first-90-days plan so the move compounds your career instead of interrupting it. Between sessions: async review of CVs, applications, and outreach messages (48h response, weekdays); one short exercise per week, only what moves you forward. This package is for you if you're making a move where the stakes are too high to improvise.

What's included

Coaching Time10h–15h of coaching · Live Sessions$1,950

Ten 60-minute live sessions (online) over 12 weeks, plus async review between sessions: CVs, applications, and outreach messages, with responses within 48 hours on weekdays. Direct, practical, and focused on outcomes. I tell you honestly when something won't land in your target market, and show you exactly how to fix it. I'm very comfortable working with non-native English speakers and candidates from high-context or hierarchical cultures: my job is to help you translate your background, not erase it. Most of my clients are already high performers. They come to me when the stakes are too high to improvise: a relocation with a hard deadline, a market where their track record doesn't automatically translate, a career that needs to survive the move intact. This package means you have someone in your corner for the entire transition, not just an hour at a time.

  • What will clients take away from this package? Highlight concrete deliverables, accomplishments and progress that will be made towards their goal.
  • A clear, confident decision about which international move to make, no more analysis paralysis
  • A CV and LinkedIn profile repositioned for your target market, not just translated
  • A networking system for building connections and referrals in a market where you start with none
  • A core narrative and 3–5 practiced, adaptable interview stories that frame your international background as an advantage
  • A full mock interview with detailed feedback on content, delivery, and cross-cultural nuance
  • A negotiation plan covering compensation, relocation terms, and visa considerations
  • A first-90-days plan so your move builds career momentum instead of interrupting it

I help ambitious professionals and teams navigate high-stakes international transitions, whether that means working across cultures, leading in a global company, or making a major move. I’ve coached executives at Netflix Korea, Woven by Toyota, and Banco Santander. Before that, I was Global Head of Content at On, where I built and scaled the brand team across three continents and led narrative through a $10B IPO. My clients usually come to me when they are already performing at a high level, but something important is getting lost in translation: culturally, relationally, or strategically. I help them communicate clearly, build trust across difference, and make decisions with more confidence and less second-guessing. What I bring is not just frameworks, but perspective: I understand what it feels like to operate between countries, expectations, and identities. My work helps people move forward with clarity while feeling more understood, more grounded, and less alone in the process.
