The Investor-Ready Sprint: Includes Investor Deck + Teaser Deck
Most founders lose the room in the first two minutes, and never find out why. They open with the product. The investor's resistance switches on before a single fact about the market has landed, and from that point every number they hear gets heard through teeth. The meeting is over long before it ends. There is a sequence that eliminates investor friction, and it can be built. It is a proven sequence that reliably onboards investors, and manages the psychology of VC pitching to get to a 'Yes'. Over six weeks – one 90-minute session a week, with real work in between – we build your investor money story from the ground up: An opening that earns a conditional 'Yes' in under two and a half minutes, before your company is mentioned at all; the order of fact-presentation and persuasion that gets you there; the placement of your weak points so they build trust rather than end conversations; your biggest objections answered inside the pitch, before anyone thinks to raise them. Then the investor deck and the teaser deck, the decks extracted from the narrative, and rehearsal until the sequence is yours.
What's included
One 90-minute session a week, with real work in between. You will fill out an intake ahead of our kickoff, so we do not burn hours. And you will have tactical homework to complete each week. The goal is not for me to do the work for you, but to transfer the science, skills and power of 30 years experience into your hands.
- The Two-Minute Hook: A market story that earns a conditional 'Yes' to a deal, before your company details enter the conversation at all.
- A Tested "Yes Funnel": The sequence of mental handshakes that gets you there — taken out and tested on real people between sessions, not theorized in a room.
- Disclosure Sequencing: Your weak points placed where they create intimacy rather than liability. Every company has them; timing is what decides how they land.
- Objections Turned Into Draw: The resistance-points most likely to stop an investor, identified in advance and answered inside the pitch so they pull instead of push.
- A Claim / Safe / Proven Elevation Plan: Executed during the sprint, we measure the credibility of every component of your company, moving your weakest pillars somewhere defensible before you're in the VC’s room.
- The Teaser Deck: What you send ahead of a meeting, built to open the door without giving away what shouldn't be given away yet.
- The Investor Deck, Bullet-Proff: Built out of the narrative, rather than the narrative retrofitted to a set of slides.
- Pitch-Perfect Rehearsal: Delivered out loud, repeatedly, until the sequence belongs to you and not to the document.

5 Exits/$600M+ Raised: Investor Readiness, Startup Stress-Test, Pitch Decks
Startups don't die of bad technology. They die as business operators — the ladder on the wrong wall, a story with friction, a raise that stalls. And you don't find out until the runway is gone, when nobody funds the correction. I don't polish decks. I stress-test the business — then the deck writes itself. The science and methods of Startup Alchemy, which I developed over a 30-year career, have resulted in over $600M in successful capital raises for the companies I advise — several of them now unicorns. In my own startup journey, I have co-led five companies that reached IPOs and exits. I also proudly built and directed the Strategic Storytelling & Investor Readiness practice at Deloitte. I divide my time between New York and Tel Aviv, as I continue to work directly with founders who are ready to turn their startups into investor gold.
