Start your investment banking recruiting process with a clear understanding of how your background will be viewed by bankers and how to position yourself effectively. We’ll review your resume in detail, walk through your academic and professional experience, discuss your career goals, and identify the banks, groups, and opportunities that make the most sense for you. We’ll also assess your strengths, identify potential gaps in your candidacy, and develop a personalized recruiting and interview preparation roadmap. By the end, you’ll know how to position your experience, where you need to improve, and exactly what to focus on as you navigate the investment banking recruiting process.

I take a direct and individualized approach. Rather than giving you a generic recruiting checklist, I’ll evaluate your background the way an investment banking interviewer would and tell you where your story is compelling, where questions are likely to arise, and how I would approach recruiting in your position. The goal is to leave our work together with a clear recruiting strategy and preparation plan—not just a better-looking resume.

  • Refined resume tailored to investment banking recruiting
  • Clear positioning of your background and experience
  • Defined target banks, groups, and recruiting strategy
  • Personalized preparation roadmap with actionable next steps

I’m a former Investment Banker and Private Equity Vice President with experience investing in high-growth software, AI and technology companies, including working on an investment in a company now valued at $5 billion. My PE experience spanned the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence to financial modeling, deal execution, and portfolio company strategy. My path into private equity wasn’t seamless. I spent close to a year interviewing before breaking in, so I understand firsthand how challenging and frustrating the process can be. Over time, I learned that success goes beyond knowing the technicals—you need to understand how investors think, communicate with conviction, and know what interviewers are actually assessing. I bring experience from both sides of the table and provide direct, practical coaching across IB and PE interviews, technicals, LBOs, case studies, deal discussions, and recruiting strategy.
