Between sessions, I’ll check in via email or text (your choice) to support your progress, celebrate milestones, or offer a gentle nudge - because I'm committed to being not just your coach but your partner through every step.

I’m Jackie, and I’m thrilled you’re here! I’m a certified coach passionate about guiding high achievers like you - people who’ve checked the boxes of success but feel stuck or like something’s missing. My mission is to help you rediscover your spark, build a deeper connection with yourself and those around you, and channel your drive into a life that feels authentic, vibrant, and deeply fulfilling. My path to coaching started in a world that looked successful from the outside - a degree from MIT, a strategy consulting at a top-tier firm, a decade of corporate achievements. And yet I felt like I was running on a treadmill that I couldn't remember stepping onto. I saw it in others too - brilliant individuals who felt stuck or unfulfilled despite their sparkling resumes. That dissonance lit a fire in me to do something different, something real. Coaching became my way to bridge that gap. I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute, the leading global coach training organization, learning to listen deeply and ask the questions that cut through the noise. I obtained my ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. And I founded Vibrant Ventures Coaching to pursue this calling. I specialize in helping high achievers who feel disconnected despite their successes - whether it’s in your career, relationships, or sense of self.
