My path to coaching started in a world that looked successful from the outside - a degree from MIT, a strategy consulting at a top-tier firm, a decade of corporate achievements. And yet I felt like I was running on a treadmill that I couldn't remember stepping onto. I saw it in others too - brilliant individuals who felt stuck or unfulfilled despite their sparkling resumes. That dissonance lit a fire in me to do something different, something real. Coaching became my way to bridge that gap. I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute, the leading global coach training organization, learning to listen deeply and ask the questions that cut through the noise. I obtained my ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. And I founded Vibrant Ventures Coaching to pursue this calling. I specialize in helping high achievers who feel disconnected despite their successes - whether it’s in your career, relationships, or sense of self.
